Having had bad experiences in the past, I can be pretty wary of contractors, but I need not have worried with Riley! We were in a no-heat situation during cold weather and he was able to move things around and get to us within a few hours. During the diagnostic, he insisted I was present as he walked me through what he was testing, why, and what the expected results would be. There was full transparency. Once the issue was diagnosed, Riley offered different options to solve the issue. There was no sales pressure, he wanted to find the right option for us. Given the age and condition of our system we opted for a new HVAC system and Riley presented us with different solutions, again with no pressure. The installation was scheduled quickly and I was amazed with the quality of the workmanship and service he offered. Riley is a perfectionist and attention to detail is second-to-none. His pricing is very fair but in terms of value for money, his service, professionalism, and workmanship easily beats any of the ‘big names’. I would never use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

During one of the coldest nights of the year, our furnace unexpectedly began malfunctioning, and within minutes, a strong smell of burning plastic filled our home. Unsure of what was happening and concerned for our family’s safety, I reached out to several companies but either received no response or was told we would have to wait until Monday. When I called Riley, he answered immediately and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He began walking my husband through possible causes over the phone while we loaded our two young children and pets into the car to get out of the house and ensure it was safe before returning. Despite a -25 windchill and it being 8 p.m. on a Friday night, Riley offered to come out right away. Thankfully, with his guidance, we were able to identify the likely issue over the phone, and he reassured us that it was safe to go back inside. Riley then offered to come first thing the following morning and arrived promptly at 8 a.m. He was incredibly respectful, approachable, and thorough, taking the time to clearly explain what was going on with our furnace. He even invited my husband to follow along and learn, which we truly appreciated as this is our first home and we are still gaining experience with home maintenance. Riley exceeded our expectations in every way. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. We will absolutely be using him for all of our future needs and cannot recommend him highly enough.
